Amtul Rahman

President

A dedicated Social Activist and the founding leader of ASWA. She registered the association in 2016 with a group of committed activists to improve the socio-economic status of neglected segments in rural and urban Sindh. 

Pir Sibghatullah Jan

Vice President

An experienced Social Activist who oversees regional operations and community development programs. He plays a key role in ensuring the organization's activities align with its mission to increase resident access to basic rights.

Amtul Umar

General Secretary

A professional Educationist who leads the association's educational development and career counseling initiatives. She is responsible for the organization’s administrative governance and adherence to clear statutes and bylaws.

Umtul Haleem

Finance Secretary

A Health Activist who manages the organization’s financial transparency and healthcare accessibility programs. She ensures all funds are audited annually and that resources are effectively allocated to support those in need.
